Analogue Integrated Circuits

This module deals with analysis and simulation of elementary transistor stages, current mirrors, operational amplifiers, supply- and temperature-independent bias, and reference circuits

N.B Basic signals & systems, circuit theory and analog electronic circuits required.

On completion of this module graduates should be able to:

1.Gain skills to design core analog circuits in CMOS integrated circuits.

2.Gain analogue design experience in Cadence CAD tools
